Musts – Returns & Exchange Policy
At Musts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your item, please read the following carefully:
📦 Unboxing Policy

Please do not open the package while the courier is at your door.
Items must be inspected after accepting the delivery in order for us to process returns.
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, you must email us at:
musts.egypt@gmail.com
within 48 hours of receiving your order. -
Instagram DMs are not monitored for return or exchange requests and will go unnoticed.
🚚 Return Pickup Process

Once your request is approved, we will schedule a courier pickup from your address.

After your item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

💸 Refund Processing

If the return is accepted after inspection, your refund will be issued via InstaPay.

The delivery fees (both to and from you) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please allow up to 14 working days for the full process.
