Musts – Returns & Exchange Policy

At Musts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your item, please read the following carefully:

📦 Unboxing Policy

  • Please do not open the package while the courier is at your door.
    Items must be inspected after accepting the delivery in order for us to process returns.

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • If you'd like to return or exchange an item, you must email us at:
    musts.egypt@gmail.com
    within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Instagram DMs are not monitored for return or exchange requests and will go unnoticed.

🚚 Return Pickup Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will schedule a courier pickup from your address.

  • After your item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

    • The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

💸 Refund Processing

  • If the return is accepted after inspection, your refund will be issued via InstaPay.

  • The delivery fees (both to and from you) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for the full process.

⚠️ Final Sale Items

  • Sale, discounted, and Bazar Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    Please shop those items with care.
